Client survey

Feedback is a vital part of effective learning and progress in one's language knowledge. It serves as an important tool for both checks of language training quality (student perspective) and further development of teaching skills (teacher perspective). The crucial part of feedback is whether the language lessons we provide meet students' expectations. The evaluation can be positive or negative. When positive, we receive information that student is satisfied with their language course and their expectations are met. When negative, they share with us valuable information on what needs to be changed.

There are multiple ways how students can share their feedback with us.

Feedback after the course starts

We check this kind of feedback on a regular basis and forward it to teachers immediately.

Client survey

student receives a link via email, clicks on it and is forwarded into a feedback form consisting of 10 questions. They have 14 days to fill in their feedback.

After the client survey ends, we immediately go through the feedback and forward it to teachers.

Schoolpartner

We check the feedback shared via Schoolpartner on a regular basis and forward it to teachers immediately.

Each piece of feedback that focuses on the improvement of the language training is communicated by the teacher's senior teacher. This means that they receive feedback along with recommendations and tips for more suitable lessons and advice regarding workshops or training sessions which will give the teacher the opportunity to hone their skills.
