FAQ

Where can I look if I don't know what to do or don't understand anything?

JCL Jipka for AllHere I can find basic information in both Czech and English. Or I can send an inquiry to sen@eduagroup.cz.

Do all students in a group have to cancel the lesson in order to schedule a replacement? Can each student then choose a different replacement lesson?

Yes, each student from the group has to enter an apology through the system. If the lesson is not rescheduled to a different date with your teacher, everyone can then choose a replacement that suits them.

Do I have to replace the lesson cancelled by the teacher?

Yes. We don't differentiate who cancelled the lesson.

What rules apply when voting on a replacement date?

What happens if a student does not sign up for a replacement lesson from the language catalogue?

During the 30-day period, the student receives several email reminders to select from The Language Catalogue.  After 30 days, the lesson is expired and will be invoiced.

What if the student/teacher has an extended vacation, will they have to replace the lessons anyway?

If the length of the vacation affects 3 or more scheduled lessons, the student should discuss replacement options with their Course Manager (contact can be found here).

The Language Catalogue lessons are 90 minutes long but my regular lessons are 60 minutes long. Will I have to pay the difference?

No, you will not. The price of the replacement lesson is always equal to the price of your regular lesson.

Can students from different companies participate in the Language Catalogue lessons?

Yes, they can.  Each catalogue lesson is only limited by a language level and the number of participants (6 students max).

How are languages other than ENG, GER and CZE being replaced?

For minor languages that do not have an access to The Language Catalogue, the replacement is not mandatory and takes place only with their regular teacher.

How can I join a lesson chosen from The Language Catalogue?

After choosing a lesson from The Language Catalogue, you will receive an email confirmation of your selection. At that moment you can see the catalogue lesson in your calendar at sp.eduagroup.cz including the MS Teams link.

In "Entered lessons" I can see the status of a lesson as "will not be charged for", but then the lesson is invoiced.

In the current month, you see the lesson in your profile as "will not be charged for" - this status remains for 30 days when the lesson can be replaced. If a replacement takes place, we invoice the replacement lesson. If the lesson is not replaced and is expired, we invoice it as "not replaced".
