Our methodology
We have developed the Coach&Practise methodology based on many years of experience with in-company language teaching. It reflects the specifics of adult learning in the work environment and contains effective elements for rapid language progress. Take a look at how the methodology works.
Prepare
First, we formulate a teaching method according to the needs of the student based on a language audit. This is the best way to know whether to focus on business language, conversation, confident communication over the phone, or other uses of language. We choose the student's teacher accordingly. The content of the lesson is based on the student's requirements and needs.
Coach
Coach & Practise's style of teaching omits the lecture style altogether and leads students to master the language. This is effectively done through visualization, self-correction and seeking the ideal form of understanding. The teacher coaches (corrects mistakes and gives feedback), facilitates the lesson and encourages students to actively engage, discuss and interact.
Practise
What better way to learn a foreign language than by actively using it? That's why up to 80% of the time in lessons, it's the student who speaks. The lessons are active (role-play situations, conversations, media, modern technologies, games). The lessons follow each other logically, the practice leads to memorization of the language and motivates our students to use it actively in their professional and private life.

What does our methodology offer?
Each lesson we teach focuses on the purpose of the student's communication and their specific needs. Every curriculum is different. Our teachers teach their students to use the language in specific situations and scenarios in which they need to use it, effectively removing any barriers that might occur. The Coach&Practise method is also suitable and effective for the online format.
We train our teachers
Using the Coach&Practise method, we can very effectively improve the language level of each of our students. Our teachers are guided by experienced senior teachers who give them feedback to further their teaching development. We organise over 200 training sessions, workshops and webinars a year to help them develop further.
